Our company is at the forefront thanks to two highly automated production lines, which can satisfy small and large orders with a daily production capacity of 70,000 pieces. One of these is specifically dedicated to the processing of plastic materials, while the other is focused on metallic materials, both equipped with advanced pre-painting washing systems. Each line has two control stations at both entry and exit, ensuring rigorous quality control at every stage of the production process.
We carry out a series of control tests on each order to ensure:

control of the tone, texture and thickness of the applied paints (during processing before and after drying)
